For urgent issues you may send a text
message to us. Our service personnel are equipped with cell phones
that will receive your time sensitive message enabling us to respond at
the first available moment. Messages are typically received moments
after they are sent. Please do not page us for non-urgent requests
and keep the message to a minimum number of characters. Please note
that we do travel out of town on occasion which may take us out of service range. We may also be in a
meeting which may delay our response to you. If you don't receive a
response within a reasonable amount of time try calling us.
Our voice mail usually indicates our availability.
